I am originally from San Diego California. I have lived in Las Vegas since 2000. I
am married and have raised two children in Las Vegas. I love sports and being a
family man. I like to help others.
My practice areas are not limited to bankruptcy, I have done extensive Civil and
Family Litigation, however much of my practice focuses on Debtor relief.
Currently, I volunteer through a pro bono legal aid service as a CAP Attorney. I
represent children who have been removed from their families for various reasons.
It is my job to ensure the best interest of the children are protected.

I have practiced law for the past 18 years in Las Vegas. I have extensive
experience in bankruptcy. I have done trials, and appeals concerning bankruptcy
issues. I have participated and argued thousands of bankruptcy hearings.
From 2004 through 2008, I was employed by creditors. This has given me valuable
insight. For the last 11 years I have operated my own law firm. My practice has
focused on Debtors’ relief. Especially in bankruptcy. I have done numerous
chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies.
I have done many successful loan modifications. Sometimes, I have found this is
the best option.
I am not limited to chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies. I have also done
numerous chapter 11 bankruptcies to reduce property values to Fair Market Value.
This was especially helpful during the mortgage crash. I helped hundreds of
homeowners reduce their property to fair market value in bankruptcy during the
mortgage crisis.
